Return Policy
At Robin O's, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide you with a pleasant experience during your visit to our shop.
If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer the following return policies:
Return Eligibility:
-Items must be in new, unused and undamaged condition
-The original packaging and/or tags must be intact
-Proof of purchase is required (Receipt, Order Confirmation, etc)
Time Frame:
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of the original date of purchase.
Exclusions:
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Special order items
- Customized items
- Clearance or sale items
Tires:
*Robin O's does not deal in the sale or return of used tires*
To return tires - plastic wrap and dated/initialed tape must be intact.
- If Robin O's mounted the tire on the bike and the tire is defective - we will make the needed corrections
Batteries:
*Are NOT under warranty*
Prior to final sale, Battery will be tested.
Once battery leaves Robin O's, it cannot be returned.
Apparel:
Must not have been worn or washed and have tags still intact.
****Return Process***
To return or exchange an item:
- Contact Robin O's with the 15-day window - and we will assist you
***Refund / Exchange***
Once receiving and inspecting item, Robin O's will process the refund or exchange.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 3 business days
Exchanges will be promptly processed - subject to availability.
***Returned Shipping***
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless error was made on behalf of Robin O's or product was defective from manufacturer.
***Damaged / Defective Items***
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Robin O's immediately for assistance.
